GOOD+ Foundation (formerly Baby Buggy) was founded in 2001 by Jessica Seinfeld shortly after the birth of her first child. They have donated almost 35 million items to a national network of over 155 antipoverty programs. With their recent name change, Good+ also wanted to revamp their current brand video to cohere with the clean visuals of the new identity they were putting in place. For this, they contacted Alpheus Media and I joined up as art director/animator on the project.
My job was to “freshen up” an existing video Good+ had been using. They liked the overall story and message, but needed some updated visuals to match the new look. While the original video had a more comic book illustrated feel, we decided to go with a subtle textured/stenciled style. Limited color palette and overall simple visuals to keep the message clear, concise and on brand.
